反应釜常见加热方式及其优缺点

  反应釜的广义理解即有物理或化学反应的容器,通过对容器的结构设计与参数配置,实现工艺要求的加热、蒸发、冷却及低高速的混配功能。
 
  反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品,用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程的压力容器,例如反应器、反应锅、分解锅、聚合釜等;材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔、因康镍)合金及其它复合材料。目前,反应釜传统的加热方式主要有以下几种:导热油加热方式,电加热方式,蒸汽加热方式。
 
反应釜加热方式及其优缺点:
 
一、导热油加热方式
 
  这种加热方式的特点是热效率较高,加热均匀运行成本较蒸汽加热和电加热低,但其致命的缺陷是危险性大,而且设备运行一年后,其换热效率将大幅度降低,需更换导热油和换热管道。
 
二、电加热方式
 
  这种反应釜加热方式的特点是热源清洁,操作方便,环保高效,缺点是运行成本太高。劣势是加热不均匀。
 
三、蒸汽加热方式
 
  温度范围一般在100--180℃范围内此种加热方式用户需配备高压蒸汽锅炉,不但用户的设备成本很高,而且由于是压力容器需专业人员操作,加热速度也很慢。若工艺要求反应釜必须在高温下操作,或欲避免采用高压的加热系统时,可采用其他介质来代替水和蒸汽,如矿物油(275--300℃)、联苯醚混合剂(沸点258℃)、熔盐(140--540℃)、液态(熔点327℃)等。

  The reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food, pressure vessel to complete vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process, such as reactor, reaction pot, pot, decomposition polymerization kettle; material generally have carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, zirconium base (Harrington, Monel, Kang Ni) alloy and other composite materials. At present, the traditional heating methods of reaction kettle are mainly as follows: heat conducting oil heating mode, electric heating mode and steam heating mode.
 
Heating method of reaction kettle and its advantages and disadvantages:
 
One. Heating method of heat conducting oil
 
  The characteristics of this kind of heating is high heat efficiency, uniform heating operation of steam heating and electric heating cost is low, but the fatal flaw is dangerous, and the equipment after one year of operation, the heat transfer efficiency will be greatly reduced, need to replace the oil and heat pipe.
 
Two. Electric heating mode
 
  The heating method of the reactor is characterized by clean heat source, convenient operation, environmental protection and high efficiency, and the disadvantage is that the operation cost is too high. The disadvantage is uneven heating.
 
Three, steam heating mode
 
  The temperature range is generally within the range of 100--180 DEG C this heating users need to be equipped with high-pressure steam boiler, not only the user equipment cost is very high, but also because of pressure vessels need professional operation, the heating speed is very slow. If the process requirements of reactor must be operated under high temperature, or to avoid the use of high pressure heating system, can use other medium instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil (275--300 C), diphenyl ether mixture (the boiling point of 258 DEG C), molten salt (140--540 C), liquid (melting point of 327 DEG C).
